Almost every dev on devRant put HTML and CSS as their skills, but damn I suck at HTML and CSS. Bootstrap FTW!

Depends where your current focus is really. You'll want to pick up better HTML and CSS knowledge eventually, but if you are more focused on the back end of the stack Bootstrap and other frameworks are a handy way of getting a front end thrown together that looks relatively nice without too much effort. There's nothing wrong with not making them a priority imo.

@jAsE @FoolsGambit Im not a front end designer, but I just find that bootstrap is more helpful to me than writing everything from scratch, its just tideous work for me. I have a good experience in making web designs from scratch but never really like it I guess

if you are a web designer you will just hate boostrap and other stuff because you can make better from scratch. i'm not terrible at design and i prefer making my own design. i always create new designs for later use.

I wish I could develop HTML and CSS like I do in Android or iOS

@moolsbytheway the fact that bootstrap is library and not framework is great. You can customize you design in any way you want. The same task that would have required a day of work can now be accomplished in few hours

@chiragiem36 if you like designing your own stuff like me you should have already make your own bootstrap like components for later use. and because you created it yourself you can customize it faster. but i got your point

Why reinvent the wheel. Just use what you already have and create what you do not
