nice choice. i heqrd a lot about arch lately. i might migrate to it. i'm using ubuntu actualy but it crashes a lot despite i have the last updates

Find out the reason for crashing and try to solve it, then make a switch. You'll not learn anything new if you switch distro without knowing what wrong is happening.

    Manjaro!! Basically arch with gui
I didn't want to waste too much time setting up the os thus manjaro

I'm a fedora guy, but each to their own. You're best off just trying distros until you find one you really like.

I use arch for workstations cause its fully customizable with minimal bloat. Ubuntu for servers for no real reason really probably cause its like debian which i started with

tried Solus a year ago and didnt regret. The distro works fine but not tailored to a dev user.

Had to compile & install tools I needed that are not available out of the box, good learning exp.

Solus isn't based on any distro and it is still under developement by a small group of team - Ikey & the gang.

    Give it a try

Arch on my laptop (always the newest shit) and stable Debian distribution on my boxes (NAS, servers).

    Debian everywhere

    Whichever fits your bill really.
Gotta evaluate your use case and match them to the distros vision and goals.

Ofcourse, if you work or plan to work at a place where they favor a specific distro organization family, then that should also pinch a weight on the scale.

The opensuse & *buntu family is probably the most welcoming, to newcomers though.

Mageia could also be worth a look.

Arch or arch variant. Depends what you want to do.
Generally more popular on distrowatch.org means nor support.

either mint or manjaro. I had some minor issues with both but overall they seem to be pretty reliable

It depends for what you'll be using it.
