@BurningSatan vim is a glorious text editor but has a learning curve most people aren't willing to climb which leads to them saying it is bad.

This mentality of vim is shit is equivalent to saying a building it's shit because you pushed the door and it didn't open but you ignored the pull sign.

If you open vim without specifying a file it gives you the help page.
