arekxv10518yDepends. If a project is very small and language is similar to Javascript then I might even say thats a good advice to avoid huge overhead because "you have to use classes". Its good to always think of alternatives. Sometimes you might get a better code solution with less clutter.

If you can't do classes well then don't do classes.
Classes when done well are much better than functions alone imho
