I need your help.
I think I'm addicted to distractions and diversions. It's ruining my life and any chance to get experience.

Instead of actual developing, I constantly watch development tutorials and courses, listen to podcasts about development, read books and articles about development, post on development forums and go to development meetups.

I can't write a few lines of code without being 100% concentrated first, and afterwards I get distracted by everyday life events only to find myself at the end too tired to do anything productive and then surrender to sleep.

I'm getting depressed. How can I fight this? How can I push myself to work and be an actual developer?

Make a 2/10 schedule..means 2 hours work and 10 mins break... It will give you time to work and also will fulfill you distraction tendencies...
After that increase the ratio..It worked for me..

    I agree with @frustratedEmp.
If 2/10 sounds hard at first, try to start with 25 min work, 5 min break. And by break, I mean try to stretch, walk to get a cup of water and get back to work (basically the pomodoro technique). Try to keep aside an hour for your distractions at the end of the day. This way you will have something to look forward to after work, and get your fill of your podcasts and blogs :)
This has worked very well for me. Hope it helps!
