If you're outside the U.S. and it's been more than 2-3 months, or inside the U.S. and it's been more than a month, you can just email the same address and please explain the situation. We're very accommodating but we can't do swag support over rants and please allow up to a week or so for email correspondence. We're only two people and have a ton of requests to deal with. Thanks.
