Absolutely! I've always said I want to be the dumbest person in the room as a dev. You grow so much when working with people smarter than you.

Being the smartest guy around might be a bit of a dopamine hit, but long term it's a recipe for stagnation and boredom. I've moved jobs for that very reason before.
