    It's quite unfortunate that nazism has its tentacles rooted in that symbol.

    Oh well, I know It has multiple meanings.

    @Alice "violation of the law" seems a pretty good reason to me.. In Germany the swastika is a forbidden symbol, and the use of it is a serious crime - that's why German communities wont tolerate it. Context is important, and the swastika has a different context in germany than it has in India.

    @rc5-asdf The Buddhist one is different from the Sanskrit one.
    It actually is a mirror image of the Sanskrit one.
