Fuck you negative bastard! I really hate when someone "predicts" failure to meet the deadline of some project we haven't started yet. This bastard thinks we will fail only because he is a complete mess at coding and fears learning new things.

I am that asshole. My project manager says "I think it is reasonable to meet these deadlines and if you tell me anything later I won't listen to you" so I acquiesce and tell me team we are going to pass those deadlines.

@gorsamp I hope you do it presenting facts. Otherwise, yeah, you're that asshole.

The problem with the guy I mention is that he doesn't put any effort to become a good developer, that's why every project he is in kind of gets delayed by the assignments he doesn't finish or finish them poorly.

@racsoraul It's management intruducing new features, and management introducing new projects, and management introducing entirely new customers, and management introducing entirely new requirements, and management having us hold more meetings to write down all these new things that management never reads, writing emails to management to remind them of the things they added that are in the notes they never read, and the petty calls I make to random management personnel to pick fights I know I will never win but make me feel better.

@gorsamp That's sad man 😓. Fortunately I only have to deal with dumb coworkers. My PM is quite good and he deals with clients.
