I met a guy who reminds you every 5 minutes in a conversation, that his YouTube channel has 500k+ subscribers. Talking to him is like pulling out your own teeth.

    You can buy your way to that... Just throw money at Google Ads. If someone had 500K subs organically, trust me they wouldn't be dating you.

    Ah met one of those too. Only had to ask:
    "So do you have an actual life or is your channel what you live for? Because I don't work with people that only have ulterior motives" She shut the fuck up after that.

    @cafecortado mine did really hard to convince people to watch it. So it was like
    "You should really check out my channel it already has ... subscribers" and "it would really help me if you would subscribe to my channel" and then always the follow-up questions to everyone who did NOT do it: "have you had a chance to check out and subscribe to my channel yet?". Pretty sure people just subscribed to stop the nagging.
