Add a ++++ button to devRant for really good rants

@dfox how about a button, that adds like 5 points that you could give out once in a week or month? Maybe extra push rants that received a mega upvote(s) in the algo. That way we could pick a MVR - (M)ost (V)aluable (R)ant of the month.
