I see it a lot. It's probably to make youtube more interesting for advertisers.

@Cyanide Yeah, I mean lately a lot of advertisers left Youtube, because some Youtubers made "crazy" videos like "Pewdiepie behaving like a nazi".
They have improve their image. Showing their logo doesn't seem like much, but I think it helps to calm the situation down and make businesses more aware that they could put their ad where nowvYoutube is showing off. 😉
