@iiii It's sad that this model works. Simply saying "if you don't like it then don't play it" doesn't touch the fact that these games use predatory and gambling mechanisms. Sadly, the PC games are also catching up now.
-
I think his opinion makes more sense in an academic environment where you learn more by getting into the details. But if you want to get something trivial done quickly, using a dynamic language like Python is often a good choice.

@ipinlnd @K-ASS
I'll use it mostly in Landscape, except for sometimes. -
@reflexgravity Haven't played games yet. But for coding and browsing this is really good.
Video quality is also good. -
@reflexgravity HP Elite Display e233

@ltlian Wow, thanks. I'm trying it now!
-
@AlgoRythm Can't wait to try it out.
Take care of your health. -
@metamourge Did you finish all the side quests too?
I might still need another 60 hours to finish it the way I play it. -
@AlgoRythm This looks really cool! I will be waiting for this one.

@Electrux
Thanks, I guess that's what I need to do. -
@Electrux
I tried to talk with her a few times. She is a wonderful person and talks with me.
But, it is always me the one starting the conversation.
I don't know anymore if I should just take the step and express my feelings or keep away from annoying her.
It's easier to read an unreadable code than read her.
Maybe I am just expecting too much from a nice person. -
She deserves it. I have some teachers that still use 123456 as a password. And they type it as if it were a public show.
-
@w00000t
If the comment was sarcastic, then I have to add a bit of backstory. My teacher actually borrowed the slides from his colleague who is really good at this subject. He didn't even make them.
If you were wondering about the package python-pptx can help you do that. https://python-pptx.readthedocs.io/...
You can read the documentations from here. -
@Observable @samsepiol
The theme is a vscode extension called 'Outrun'. The screenshot was taken by an extension called 'Polacode'.
Both worth checking out. -
42 is always the answer.

@devTea I'm on my laptop with 8 GB Ram.
I'm working on an indie game. So nothing intensive. -
@Yamakazure Thanks for asking. I somehow managed to finish 80% of the work. Even showed the client a prototype. Had to work like 7 hours per day. But it paid off at the end. I am so taking a vacation after finishing this.
-
Same thing happened to my 730 last night.

Let's make it clear. I have no hatred against MS. I use most of their products. I just think all their recent decisions have brought to a position where people are rather scared to invest onto MS products.

Reading this rant from a bus, stuck in traffic jam. FML

I need some non-conventional global variables to understand the joke.

Java,C++,C#
JS
Python
These are the ones I have gone a bit into deep.
Also scratched over PHP and C.
@zickig -
Nothing big, it was part of a University course project. We experimented various data structures to build a dictionary.
@j4cobgarby -
Some distros of Linux support steam already. Though you won't get the best experience, but it's something.

*too much obsessed* because you are lonely, that was what I meant.
I have other reasons for programming.
I mean if one has a partner he obviously splits his time accordingly.
@sd97 -
A recursion with no base case :')
@hypervtechnics -
You might keep doing some other work just to earn the bread. (As suggested above, you can try freelancing).
In the meantime learn some hot stuff of the coding World to increase the skills that have more job opportunities.
Bottomline: This may seem a 180° turn from what I said above, "Do only what you love to do." -
We should appreciate their honesty.

Not using their mobile apps can really save time and private data.
A mobile browser works out better.
