I like π better.
-
Hmm
-
I think "carajo" is the word you're talking about. Yeah, it means penis in Spanish.
-
@growling Probably
@pyaf I just lost all interest until my stay there was unbearable. My grades wouldn't help me much, either. So I kind of managed to get myself kicked out.
I should add, my parents then got me into another institution which I actually dropped completely convinced. I just walked out of that classroom never wanting to come back.
@Condor Yes 😉. I don't know, ever since I'm not there anymore I'm just better in almost every aspect of my life. It could have been an error but so far so good 😊 -
I can't honestly say what you need more in your life, proper docs or paragraphs.
Cool story, though. Never use JS for complex queries :) -
@PaperBag thanks for your comments. I don't have any idea of how to handle the legal part. I even though of going directly to Blizzard but that sounds a little suicidal 😐
-
I smell peruvian sense of innovation.
-
Rosa and Débora
10 points for whoever gets the reference. -
@SgnfcntOverflow do you mind sharing some CSS?
-
@JiggleTits why not both? I see advantages either way.
-
@N1teshsurana
-
@N1teshsurana I'll try my best:
- Peru
- 47 days since I contacted dfox and 35 since he replied
- I'm not sure what you mean by this but I guess nothing special was done
- Because if not we won't be able to travel around the world. Ha. Ha. 😐
- I think you're the one taking much time writing your comment. But I'm also doing it writing a reply. Fuck. -
#BADA55, sure.
-
Please don't forget about WeeFee.
-
That's like Google Assistant Pretty Please. Apple obviously did it first.
-
@teganburns yes, it acts as an alternative button to the one on the front of the case just that I can activate it remotely.
-
@teganburns because they aren't the same. Think about this as a complement instead of a replacement.
In my experience WoL doesn't work when the PC is not on sleep mode; although I've read it could be accomplished, I don't know how true/hardware dependant that is.
I also got some entertainment and knowledge in the process. -
Uuuhh Tom Scott...
Pure gold. 👌 -
I think I'm with @devsdmf in this one. I love how they handle this kind of stuff. Last year they even had a live broadcast on YouTube solving the problem and I watched it for a couple of hours maybe. But if you ask me and I base my response on some evidence (or at least recent common knowledge) I'd go wit GitHub.
But just that. It's not like I they have an issue a month. I'd be equally happy with GitLab but I guess I'm just used to GH. -
@heyheni will check that out. Thanks!
@PonySlaystation already using SCSS but no great difference. Guess I just need to get better at it. -
@Alice to be fair, I would say it's a combination of my incompetence with it and the fact that I almost always land on projects that have vast amounts of (couldn't say whether good or bad) CSS written. It feels like a mess I can't properly handle.
-
@rasm945i That's cool, she will certainly enjoy her stay here. But, honestly speaking, tell her to be careful. We aren't known for having the safest streets in the world.
@telephantasm 😎 -
Anybody from South America?
A guy from Peru here.
I expected more people from the US around 🤔 -
I went through a similar experience.
Got to take this coding exam and I'm just in time to get in the classroom but when I'm two steps (yes, two) away from the door the bell rings. I enter the room and teacher says 'You're late'. He didn't let me take the exam. I went to the movies instead.
I failed that subject. I left that university.
I know there are rules but I don't get what's the point of being so strict in a case like mine or yours.
Anyway, I'm doing pretty well now. Fuck that asshole who didn't even study CS :D
Wish you best of luck with that. -
@mrgadget not yet. I know is doable but I'm already using the Arduino for other things plus my RPi has a nice enclosure which I'd like to keep in place. ;)
Maybe in the future I run some other display (TFT I'd love) over USB so I can have the best of both worlds. -
@hypervtechnics 8.8.8.8 I think is good enough for the purposes of the project.
-
@SheShell it is. But stereotypes are what a lot of jokes are made of. He is obviously not serious.
*Vsauce intensifies*
Or is he? -
Maybe he had an accident...
-
Why are you using Snapchat? D:
-
I like polls but I think in a field as segmented/divided as programing they would end up being used as a (not necessarily representative) kind of proof so a person could say their point is more valid than others'.
In summary, toxicity if not well used.
But hey, I can be saying trash and that could not be the case.
