(Just) explain the meaning of % to them. Percent translates to unites per one hundret since cent is just another form of one-hundredth.

So therefore your whisky contains 40 units of alcohol per 100 units of drink in total.

They need to remember that percent is not a absolut value, but rarther a relative value wich describes the relation of some values.

What you're doing when pooring some of it in a glass, you're realy just changing the size of a unit.

If I have 40L alcohol in 100L of drink is the same relative amount (same percentage) as 40ml in 100ml but not the same absolute amount.

In my (future) company it's quite chilled. You must be in from.9 to 16 (core work, daily meeting and to just ensure everyone is there) and otherwise you should get your time. Some colleagues come in at 7:30 and leave by 16 while others come at 9 and leave at 17:30. Overtime is rare, only if there is a deadline the next day's. As far as I can tell, they have to document their overtime either to get payed or go a bit earlier the other day.

But if you want a provider that gives you a Lets-Encrypt certificate I would recommend to go with https://www.hetzner.de/webhosting (germany)

It's kinda interesting with that organ donor thing. In Germany you only have to have small paper / plastic card. Those you can either online for 0.00€ or sometimes get it from your doctor.
No need to register and you can change your mind easily.
