Some years ago... And some xp less.

An old WordPress installation was attacked and our server was sending thousands of spam mails.

I found out that there was a line of code in the top of every php file. And I removed these files.

The problem was that
1) I was copying this fcking line to new files because I was thinking it was my code.
2) I found a Linux command to detect all these files and I removed them one by one. In every file. Many many files.

I just finish "rebuilding" a page that I have built last year. My Js file (jQuery) went from 1200+ lines to 600..

I rewrite everything, the functionality is the same but the code is mush more cleaner.
Soo bad and redundant code.

Although comments where very helpful.

Ooh man, the last month I been working all day in my home PC.. and I realized how much I have problem with the noise from the fans and everything. I truly believe programming need complete silence to be productive... #soundproofeverything

Anyone here believes that good habits are the key to be a better programmer (write friendly code, learn something new, plan before code etc)
