He's right, startups are always a risk. I got hired with one that didn't get their funding until like a year after they told me they would. If you are currently not employed, then it doesn't hurt to accept the offer, and always keep looking. If it falls through you'll have a back up plan

My suggestion is to do something fun. Like a game or something. When I was in college I did some lame cms tool that no one enjoyed doing. It seems as if teams that dos something fun learned more and did a better job overall.

What hackathon were you doing? I just finished one (angular 2) recently, and failed as well

I have had that issue, I use just apple ear pods now. Doesn't work as great if your trying to get stuff done, for some reason people think it's ok to bug you

I never used the plugin, so idk. But, when making a Cordova project I will always use ionic which is built with angular. (And angular 2 is in beta)
