Is there a point in debating iOS vs Android?
My friends keep fighting over which OS is better iOS or Android.
Both have almost all the features that the other one has and are constantly being developed by tech giants. There is no point in debating, it's just personal preference at this point.

Its irritating because they expect me to pick a side and I love both the OSes. I end up declaring Windows Phone as the best one just to fuck with them.

I think that what you choose says a lot about your personality

Tell them you run Ubuntu Touch, and watch the looks of confusion.

But you have to admit: iOS is better.

@elonmusk no need to dive deep, its a privilege to have ur most used apps and widgets on home screen.

Don't iOS user have widget and the icons at front of the screen?
  • 0
@elonmusk not even "front of the screen"

True, biggest difference is android releases a feature and 4 years later apple copies it, gives it s illy name and punts it as innovation. To spice things up, they add bugs to really really old features.

Oh and I forgot, android u can customise, so it does not have to look and sound like every other android out there.

No... Debating one brand over another is ridiculous, whilst you argue the toss both companies line their pockets.

Give it time and both will be dead anyway... I'm sure people used to argue Nokia vs Blackberry as well.

Saying it's personal preference is really really dumbing down the conversation. It's not just a preference, and they do have big feature differences.
