Probably a super noob question: I have a droplet on DigitalOcean with a website. What is the best to update it, make changes? My idea was to clone the droplet, make the changes and then point my domain to the new ip, but I have to wait for hours for the changes to take place...

    If you want to change IPs everytime, you can use Cloudflare for instant IP change.

    Other than that, you can push changes using FileZilla. Depends on the type of changes I guess

    @uziiuzair I'm currently doing it using FileZilla but that can create problems for online users...

    @antoni4040 try using the DigitalOcean Floating IP feature. I believe you can assign it to two separate droplets. And switch traffic between them.
    Or you can use a load balancer for this and direct traffic as you like.
