Although she hates HTML, I had my girlfriend try to (re)create some kind of interface as a challenge. She remade the Mirror's Edge Catalyst menu - and she did well, I guess. (ofc her code is dirty and stuff - and it's far from responsive, but damn it looks smooth xD)

I mean sure she used (background)images but the text you see is in the HTML DOM. The red stuff is an image as well but she made it herself. Anyways... I'll tell her- uhm.. this seems to be a compliment about it looking so nice xD

@BambuSource she's mainly suffering from understanding css rules (for example repeating styles) and what classes and ids are for, my s/o had problems with that too, maybe help her a bit with that?
