PHP is awesome, yes!

Php is not that bad, I like the magic functions

If you can give me one, just ONE good reason why PHP is bad, then I'll change my opinion. It has to be a GOOD reason.

@Michelle they will start quoting the famous "a fractal of bad design" which is no longer relevant as well as even when it was semi relevant it was prevented by knowing what you are actual doing. People just love jumping on the hate train after gulping down on haterade. Thats ok tho, while everyone is setting their webpack configs and making sure that their 1.2gb node module folder is done I already billed out a php project that took me half the setup time they would have on most frameworks. The rapid development of php is only up there with Rails. I'll keep using php as long as i can and the haters can suck it.

But I like my dependencies having dependencies and only writing 10 lines of code with a 1.2GB modules folder and having to rewrite those 10 lines every few weeks when one of those random dependencies updates out of no where and breaks everything.

@linuxxx ik check meestal een keer in de twee weken de feed, maar vooral als r gehaat wordt op php :) dus je leuk is t zeker

@linuxxx werk dr nu ongeveer 9 maanden mee, daarvoor had ik dr een schijt hekel aan, school leerde me zegmaar nog arrays maken met array()

@RicoNijeboer Ik heb het altijd een fijne taal gevonden 😅 en he, devRant draait de backend er ook op ;)
