What the heck is wrong with these recruiters? You have a good facebook group with rules that states not to post ads or job listings. Then this headhunter just joins and ignoring the rules start pointing their job posts. What's worse is they are even posting unrelated programming languages. This ain't a people farm scumbags!

@Shardj I like that. They always say that. :D

@thremedy they use bleeding edge technology only, 5 years experience with Vue js required

@Shardj Who on earth would have more 5 years experience in Vuejs? Sometimes I feel they just copy paste these from the java programmer ads template

@thremedy it's non Devs trying to figure out requirements for a job they know nothing about

@Shardj That's the problem in linkedin. I becomes uncontrollable. That's why I prefer stackoverflow jobs. They make it clear that they don't allow recruiters to post job listings. And they don't keep on messaging you just because you mentioned you are a programmer. Why not let the AI recommendation do the job instead of rubbing it on our faces?

@thremedy I've been interviewing a lot recently and now have multiple offers to choose between. My experience is that recruiters are just terrible at doing anything quickly or actually knowing anything about the kind of job they are applying you for

This can also be a pain as well to managers, especially when interviewing unqualified candidates or rather candidates who specialize in something else but are invited for an interview.
