Our company wants us to fill out monthly surveys to tell managers how happy we our at work and to give them feedback. The survey will not be anonymous as they asked us to self identify.

Also the company is small (just over 100 people) and over 1/3rd of staff have been fired over the past year.

Yeahhhhh, how about no

Submit them as your coworkers. Never put your own name that's just silly.

We used an HR engagement platform (can’t remember the name, but it’s big) for this.

The structured 1-10 questions were fine, but anything that was more detailed and required text input is going to be a huge giveaway in a company that size.

Not to mention everyone had drunk the Kool Aid and was gargling on the founders’ balls.

Bit corporates can feel impersonal, but at least the people working there know this and have a degree of cynicism about it all, some of these smaller companies start to feel down right like a cult.
