CEO of previous job, only reachable by email, coming to the office twice a week at best, business trips at no notice, answers every third email, addressing the dev team:
"You need to plan better. A lot of the delays and bugs are due to poor communication and unaddressed issues."

I don't miss that job.

I wonder what people think when they act like this. OK he is CEO but he aint CEO of Apple/Google/MS ....etc. no need to live the role of a big shot when he is only a CEO of a regular company (unless your company is 500+ employees, but from the way he manages things I doubt he was able to grow working force)
