People, even on devrant, are complaining about having to change their Twitter passwords. A major security event is not the only occasion to change your password (for anything).

You should change your passwords for everything regularly. Like, once every month or two.

This is why password managers are brilliant.

I never used a password manager before but how would you login to sites on a computer that isn't yours? Like at school for example.

@DrPitLazarus I remote desktop into my pc from my phone and look up the password.

But I try to never log in on public computers.

@DrPitLazarus Many if not all reliable password managers have a mobile application.

On top of that, using one doesn't mean that all your passwords must be generated with complicated characters. You can always use secure but easily rememberable passwords for certain applications.

I constantly use 3 levels of passwords based on necessary security and I absolutely never write them down or store them anywhere other than my own head.
