Ah, fuck jetbrains. Their IDEs are bloatware that trying to make you addicted to them just to suck more and more of your money.

They discontinued community editions. And I also got a situation in pycharm when its stupid linter fixed some issue and it leads to another issue and fixing that issue leaded to original issue and it gone that way to infinity. Btw, both “issues” were perfectly fine pieces of code, perfectly working and perfectly looking, absolutely valid.

I worked with both C and C++. I also worked with Python and Clojure. I spent a really lot of time working with NodeJS and React. The truth is you only need a text editor.

Go with Sublime Text. It’s blazingly fast, and once you paid, it becomes truly yours.
