bioDan56226yA dark unkown hacker on IRC freenode network once told me that there's a strong positive correlation between the time effectiveness of the hack and the stupidity of the user.
-
Its hacking.
The method of hacking you use to gain access to an system you are not authorized to have access on does not matter. -
lxmcf199506yI have legitimately punched someone for saying they 'hacked' into someones phone after i saw them brute-force the pin -.-
-
@zombieleet So if someone leaves their computer unlocked and you read their emails, is that hacking?
-
rant1ng44626yyou know what... my spotify was hacked too
I don't think they are hacking passwords, because mine was ridiculously hard and long
I think there's some security leak with maybe adding devices
He listens to shit music, and puts "please don't change password" as a playlist
I haven't logged into spotify for months so, i hope he's enjoying it -
RayS991226yNone the less I get the rant of this post. I can’t say wether this is or isn’t hacking because I have no idea of the methods used for this particular job. I do know that a lot of people have no idea what hacking really is. I have so many friends that talk about hacking and becoming one. I made a friend of mine a bootable Kali Linux USB 64gb out of the kindness of my soul and after that he swore he was a hacker. Mind you he couldn’t even make the drive himself. He thinks hacking is something you sit and do in seconds with super fast typing sounds from a noisy keyboard and a profitable outcome. I had to finally explain that usually and especially for n00bs it isn’t something you do so quickly. Often it takes time and is very studious. I’m sure that thumb drive is collecting dust somewhere. I eventually cut the dude off. I had hoped to inspire him to work hard at learning computers but most people are only infatuated. And movie hacking is a FUCKING DISGRACE! Also the word hacking is very open ended basically hacking or life hack could mean any trick, shortcut, skill or novelty method that increases productivity and efficiency in all walks of life. So in a way this is hacking. I’ve taken the word hacking used in computing out of my vocabulary anyway.

Just be happy you are one of the few people in the world that actually works to achieve goals.
Be proud of all the work you did to know what you know, and know that those who know, know.
.. . I know, bro.
Good job. You..
.. And... everyone... we all deserve a hand. *sniff* *starts slow clap* -
rant1ng44626y@Brosyl it's a huge mystery
Definitively not drunk me.
I might have lost a phone that had the device listed or something? Maybe some one might stand added their device while I was sleeping?
I tried to notify Spotify, but when it took more than five minutes to find their contact link I gave up.
The old hide the contact link trick.
That's a pet peeve of mine.. . Massively profitable tech companies with no human support.
Ahh I'm just jealous. -
@vigidis Your first analogy isn't that good as getting super powers isn't a thing that actually happens. Hacking on the other hand does actually happen.
Still blaming movies because nobody is going to actually research the process behind legitimately hacking. And if it's actually a good movie (or TV show), they put the time necessary into being accurate.
For example: There's a show called Designated Survivor here in the states. It's about a politician who was designated to be president in the event all other politicians are killed in a catastrophe.
This show actually has a former White House employee on the cast. They also spent time analyzing and working to get the little details to be accurate as possible. It's a great show.
You're already dropping millions on a movie, at least spend time to be accurate.
As for the Gradle build, there's a time lapse for a reason. -
@rant1ng I was in your exact situation some time ago. Someone had gained access to my spotify premium. I don't use it often so i didn't really care. I made a few playlist called: "I'll let you stay", "If you don't fuck with my playlists."
A couple of months past and I started using spotify again. My playlists were all gone and shitty new ones had appeared. At this point i should have probably contacted support, but lazy me couldn't be arsed and thought to myself: "they were just shitty old playlists I didnt use anymore anyway".
It's when this motherf*cker started to pause and skip my music while I was listening that I finally put my foot down and contacted support. I opened a chat and got a reply within seconds. The dude was extremely nice and helpful, and I was pleasently surprised by the quality of the support I recieved.
I'm not sure where i'm going with this, but I guess my main point is that spotify support is pretty good (unless I was lucky), and don't let those f*ckers use your premium.
Have a nice day. -
scor33106yWhat an elaborate conversation, fellow Sirs and Sirsesses.
I am greatful experiencing your presence.
Bonne continuation, mes chers. -
Doesn't hacking mean solving problems creatively ? I believe the original word didn't have anything to do with B/G/W Hats
This should probably be labeled a meme, but I'm going to actually rant about this meme.
People use the term hacker way too frequently. Solving your trashy fucking "Pa$$w0rd123" password and getting access to your Spotify account isn't hacking.
Same douchewaffle probably thinks you could hack a Facebook account in 30 seconds. I fucking hate the way movies have portrayed hacking and created a dramatized bullshit idea for people to believe is real.
