I love italics in combination with font ligatures! Looks so great! What do you think? Italics yay or nay?

    Pretty. But I think I hate it.
    Possibly still okay for comments.

    To clarify: I like having faded italic comments, and I adore ligatures, but i detest handwriting fonts in code. (They might be okay for comments.)

    Perhaps for some demo or other decoration. Certainly not for everyday use.

    @zombieleet Because it's way faster for larger projects and Polymer itself is pretty small and not a framework, its more a library. Completely vanilla!

    That's horrible and impossible to read for me.. i really like ligature, but the font, italic and handwritting are killing me

    I think italics are quite good for keywords, because they really pop out and usually you don't have to read them, but for comments I also agree that readability overcomes style.
