Go to psycologist. If you're actually fried he'll help you. If you're just tired you'll lose a pile of money for 'get decent rest' advice.

Take a break, get a hobby that's totally unrelated to dev (gardening, maybe?), get a pet (dogs ftw), read books, etc.

Being honest, I'd suggest you to go see a therapist and/or shrink. That's the best way for handling the burnout.
You could get a hobby, change your work, modify working hours, but all those methods won't work if your really burned out. Having pills and a therapy (long term, not few meetings!) helps a lot.
