    stay away from godaddy

Cheap asf in the first year ๐Ÿ˜Š

Second year they're blackmailing you into paying double or triple of the first years price ๐Ÿ˜ฒ๐Ÿคจ๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ˜ญ

    Nanecheap is pretty good.

I've had difficulties using AWS to host with them though. But I'm willing to bet I'm fucking up somewhere along the lines lol

@heyheni I got an email mentioning it but haven't took the time to look into it yet.

PS: You need to add payment information before being able to see anything.

@heyheni "Every client using Custom Domain Protection defines their own process for updating records. For instance, if a Custom Domain Protection client wants us to not change their DNS records unless 6 different individuals call us, in order, from a set of predefined phone numbers, each reading multiple unique pass codes, and telling us their favorite ice cream flavor, on a Tuesday that is also a full moon, we will enforce that. Literally."

I think i'm in love considering I have been breached before

Godaddy is a piece of trash. Don't use it.

Use Namecheap. They are cheap (duh) and give you a free WHOIS shield for as long as you want.

Oh, also domains will always cost the same, not the "second year -> more cost" bullshit.

@seraphimsystems Wow that's pretty neat. If Cloud Flare minds anything it's security.

Namecheap does it well. For some domains I'm using Loopia (Swedish company). They've got wonderful support. Usually end up pointing to DigitalOcean's NS as I host most of my projects there.
