Like who the hell invented that work days start at 8 am? Can people actually concentrate from the moment they arrive at work? For me it is 9 am till I get some work done

    @Stuxnet Nah I, stay up to late because I have so many stuff I want to do but don't have the time when I come home.

    @thatguyatwork it's 2:45 and I'mma probably be up at 6:30 7:00.

    I feel much better if I wake up and I'm fully conscious by 8:00. Feels like I'm wasting the day if im not up and at it by 10:00 lol

    4 hour work days now! #generalstrike2020

    😄

    imagine how more relaxed we would be, visiting friends all the time who also have time to enjoy live.
    No more struggle to getting out of bed at 6 am.

    @Stuxnet I'm the same as you.
    Waking up late makes me feel awful

    It goes further. Why the hell everyone starts work and goes home at the same time??? Being stuck in the fucking traffic doesn't help with concentration either.

    7am to 9 am is the best time to code. Before all the distractions come in.

    I arrive at 9:20am and start working at 10am because of good mornings and the usually smalltalk.

    I am a more experienced dev on a decent sized team and I spend so much of my work day helping other devs I have to get in early to get any of my own work done

    @Jilano I'm a little bit different. Waking up makes me feel awful.

    @Jilano Monday and Tuesday of this week I didn't wake up until 12:00, (granted I did stay up until 3 or 4 both nights) and it sucked how it was such a short day.

    One minute I'm waking up and boom it's 9:30 (21:30). The days are so short and they fly by. I just kinda wander around confused and groggy the whole day.

    @electrineer Ha! *Depressed high five*

    @Stuxnet I feel you! Only happened to me once but I was the same. Hopefully you'll be able to get back to a normal schedule soon.
