@c3ypt1c It's Google Colab service, it's an online jupyter notebook that runs on the cloud, the good thing about it is that if you want, you can run your code on Google's gpus which are damn powerful,
most machine learning algorithms and trainin process need a huge amount of computational power and not every body has powerful gpus, so it's a popular service in machine learning and neural networks industry, it's like using 2 nvidia titan X on the cloud!!!
