It’s pumping me up so hard..
my hard rate must be around 120 or so..

Too much energy..

Are you going carb free for weight loss or for medical reasons if you don't mind me asking?
  • 2
    @fuck2code mainly weight loss.
Tried low carb a while back, it’s worked okay but too slow. So I thought I’ll give no carb a try.

Only problem is that i need my whiskey on the weekend which kinda makes it impossible to do it properly..

Might try fasting next time 😄

@just8littleBit I've heard really good things about intermittent fasting, both anecdotal and scientific studies. There are plenty of resources out there so it won't be hard getting started. Good luck!

@fuck2code I’d actually prefer fasting but it’s hard to do if I have to take a lunch break and everyone is eating and
I don’t wanna look like this fat guy who does everything to loose weight.

Will probably try it anyway. I don’t really have a problem with not eating for 2-3 days, I’m sure it works for 5 as well😄

@just8littleBit No, bad. what the hell.

    Low carb works.
    No carb works.
High fat, low carb (and high nutrient) works very well. (Good fats; butter and tallow and lard are great, canola oil is bloody terrible).

It's better to only eat real food -- look at the ingredients and look for anything that doesn't sound like food. "Natural flavoring" is not food. Nor is carmel color or sodium hexametaphosphate.

I did this and went from a size 14 to a size 4 in a few months. 😊

@Root what do you mean is bad?
    You say no carbs works..?

Have tried that without luck. Unfortunately it seems to be in my family’s genes not to lose weight. All the way up to my grand parents.

Low carb is the only thing I had „a small“ success with so far and that was about 3kg in 2 months or so.. 2 of then are water and went of in the first 2 weeks so 1kg in 2 months..

It’s an experiment if it works for me. If I feel sick or bad I’ll stop..

Or as mentioned I’ll try fasting. It’s proven to have many positive advantages for your health. Then I can still eat vegetables and meat when I’m not fasting:)

This is the ultimate guide to fasting, please listen to this before starting. 5 days is abnormally high for a fast

@fuck2code why ist that?.. it’s just not a good idea to start with 5 days.

I didn’t eat for ~3 days for a few times, especially because I simply forget to eat (I really don’t bother not to eat).

I’d just have to get a routine. Once a year it doesn’t really do anything on the long term.
But let’s say 2 days every 2 weeks or 5 days once a month would work and people do it.

@fuck2code that video is about intermitted fasting, that’s not exactly the same as fasting.

I already only eat 2 meals a day, around 1pm lunch and 6pm dinner so that would technically already be intermitted fasting.

But that ain’t working for me.
Even tried OMAD but still, that fat won’t fuck off😪

@just8littleBit you won't get the same benefits as doing a daily 20/4 intermittent fast
  • 1
@just8littleBit it also talks about other types of fasts at the end (dry fasts, longer fasts etc)
  • 1
@fuck2code yeah that might be true.
However as by my research the biggest health (and especially weightloss) benefit is 3 days.
I don’t know the terms but the cell regeneration potential rises by up to 50% with intermitted fasting but up to 300% when doing it for more than 36 hours or so..

Those numbers are out of my head, I didn’t double check but it’s something like this.

This turned into a health thread..

HOW TO LOSE 10kg IN JUST 2 WEEKS😆

@fuck2code oh ok, didn’t watch it to the end to be honest.

You can try only-sugar diet. Eat only sugar for two weeks, supplement vitamins with pills. How much sugar can you eat? I mean sugar, not any sweets. Chocolate at best. Thing is, you can't eat that much. After day or two, you won't accept eating sugar. You will still have energy to do things, sugar is easily digested, after short adjustment of your eating habits you should be fine. In no time your stomach will shrink, and the organism will burn fat, because you won't get enough energy just out of sugar.
After those two weeks you will be sick by just looking at sugar :)
