@NoMad most people I know who get fired are getting a years worth of salary with them and find a new job within a week.
Note that those firings are because of financial reasons, shrinking the company and the severance packages are legally required (based on the years working for a company)

@Codex404 @Codex404 Severance I believe is a minimum of two years employment doesn't count if your contracted.
