Being "that guy" aside, I always used "Username"

If you want to see if a camelCase might seem awkward, snake_case it and check. user_name looks like a different concept from username, so the capital N is probably a bad idea :)

@M1sf3t honestly, I avoid variable names where the word occurs in grammatical style guides ! It’s too much drama in the PR when the grammar police decide to review me.
