    @minnow but even then you can get screwed over if you aren't careful. My wife's dad ran all the time to keep fit, now he has 4 leg related artificial joints. If you have a family history of joint replacement try to find a low impact exercise.

    @Knossos biking works well for me. My joints are starting to get squeaky, and biking helps with that problem
