Too difficult is _exactly_ what you need in IT to learn shit. Of course it has to be reasonable, but don't just give up and start with something new, because it requires some thinking and tinkering. What you gonna do if you get in a similar situation with Go? Throw the towel again? Nahh, that's not how it works. You'll figure it out eventually. If it's not reasonable work with what you have and find a solution that fits. There are not many reasonable projects that can't be done because our current stuff 'doesn't allowed it'
