Seriously! Fuck DHL so fucking hard! Why the FUCK can you deliver 2 FUCKING PACKAGES, WHICH REQUIRE SIGNING, INFRONT OF MY FUCKING ENTRANCE!! But not, A FUCKING 3rd one! LIKE SERIOUSLY! I WAS AT FUCKING HOME THE ENTIRE FUCKING DAY! THEN I RECIEVE AN EMAIL THAT THE FUCKING PACKAGE "couldnt be delivered because I wasnt at home" YEAH FUCK YOU! 2 INFRONT OF MY FUCKING DOOR! and then... I see him... that fucking DHL guy, with my package, going INTO HIS FUCKING SHITASS DHL CAR, AND DRIVING OFF!
I literally just wanted to open the window and scream "HEY DHL, MEIN SCHEISS PACKET! WO ISSET!?" but I didnt...

FUCK THESE COCKSUCKERS FROM DHL! I HAVE A FUCKING LOUD DOORBELL! RING THAT THING! THERES A BUTTON WITH MY NAME NEXT TO IT!

if you saw him leave without ringing, you can file a complaint. Friend of mime did and the driver had to come again next day and probably got some problems.

DHL is bad but UPS is way way worse. I'm located at the end of the route of the delivery guy. When he doesn't make it in 8 hours he can turn around and try the next day. But instead of starting at the end they start at the front.
This means I regularly wait two weeks on a parcel from the time it got in the delivery guys van.

To be honest, I get why you're angry but in the end these delivery people get unrealistic schedules to abide to, which often leads to them not delivering parcels just to stay in time. So dick the companies, not the poor bastards delivering it.

DHL, DPD, GLS - they all do this fucking shit! I am working from home - I am at home the whole fucking day, how hard is it to ring that fucking bell?!
One time the GLS delivery guy marked my package as delivered even though I never seen the package, when I called them and asked what is going on they told me that I must be forgetful and I received the package as they have my signature... as I could not get anyone who would not try to tell me that they will not do anything as I have signed the delivery(which I had not) I called the company the package was sent by, without a question they immediately sent me a new one(it was a fairly expensive 3D printer) by a different and more expensive carrier and apologized for the inconvenience they had not even caused - best customer service I have ever experienced.

TL; DR: GLS delivery guy stole a fairly expensive 3D printer and nobody at GLS cared; company I bought it from sent me a new one - no questions asked

Oh yeah. Once I waited at my place and I heard the softest knock on my door (no doorbell was rung). I sprinted so fast like I was Usain Bolt. I was at the door in basically 5 seconds.

The door was glass, so I literally saw that the guy knocked once quietly and SPRINTED back to the delivery car, got in it and his friend hit the gas. I ran out shouting to give me my package. Of course they only sped up. He must've posted the "no one answered" note right when he walked up to the house because there was no way between the knocking and the running that he could've managed to have placed that.

Had to take 3 different buses for 2 hours to get to their dropoff point.

@bytecode Well, you couldve gone the legal route and want to see the signature, then get a lawyer and sue the guy for a hefty amount of money...

@Wack Still doesnt make sense why he brought 2 and not all 3… they werent huge really...

@Mizz141 yeah well... paying a lawyer would have cost more than the printer and the only thing I lost doing it this way was time... and I am sure the 3D printer company sorted it out with the carrier. The carrier would not want to lose a customer that is sending expensive 3D printers around the world all day long.

@Mizz141 creality has had their ups and downs. But I like their printers. I am planning to buy a mini prusa someday
