Client told me that they have two workers with very similar names (one letter difference) and customers constantly send emails to the wrong person because of this.

She asked me if there is anything I could do to fix this?

What the hell am I supposed to do? Tell one of them to get their name changed?

    Multi email alias usually solve this.
    First.last @ example
    F.last @
    First.l @
    SomeGUID @

    Just in case you need it.

    The only thing I can imagine function us to use different standards so that the emails are sufficiently different that a misspelling will bounce.

    But that mostly work if you do it to begin with.

    cant they use position title based email like sales@..., marketting@...

    Change their names or fire one or both of them
