    Dev: we added a feature to automate summation calculation for each milestone reached and process an invoice request afterwards to the client's server.

    Marketing: we can send the bill quickly.

    But you can end up with a pile of shit product thats been marketed and pushed by sales, that in reality is an abomination and giant heap of shite. Like salesforce for example.

    And this, ladies and gentlemen, is how devs get stuck staying until 11pm unpaid overtime frantically writing the feature that marketing sold the client on.
