Wasted 45mins interviewing a "developer" who couldn't use git, the command line, CSS preprocessors or task runners. His sites were all template rubbish and he wanted £300($370) per day.

    @silurian yeah, I'm happy where I am though. I work with nice regular people, there's a good amount of work and the company is growing strong. I have enough money to pay my mortgage and bills and eat, so I'm happy :)

    Fun fact: that is only about 50€ less of what you get paid PER MONTH on a paid internshipcwith far harder requirements here in Spain
