    I just made a WordPress website from scratch, underscore are boilerplate. It has theme options and a lot of other custom shit. Also transferred it from local development environment to my server manually. I suppose I am good programmer! β˜ΊοΈπŸ˜…

    I would suggest you to try Sage starter theme its much better then underscore :)

    My site is WordPress because I'm lazy and webmastering isn't my preferred hobby.
