I hate burnout.

Then drive like a normal person! It's not that hard

Visit a doctor as soon as possible.... I didn't and was never the same again

Never experienced it. Hope it doesnt come to bite me one day.

Well, I got mine 5 years ago.... Could have done something... Could had made a complaint... But the crimes done agaist me was so serious I didn't risk 400 coworkers to loose their job.
Basically spent half a year sleaping 4 hours a day, 11 hours of work and finish class at night.

Wonce you get a burnt out it can get very serious. I wasn't treated for 2 years, got to weight 40kg, almost died a few times while driving and I'm still not well. Getting medical help saved my life
