MIUI was the most polished but they don't really support anything but their own devices these days.

I get asked this question a lot because I'm very much involved with the android custom rom community. They are like family to me. It really depends on user preference as each rom has their own unique different features. Are you looking more to have the ultimate custom mod options or are you looking more for something closer to stock? @VacGamer

@Gia85 Fairly similar to stock, but without all the bloatware, more customizability while maintaining at least a decent UI. Model number: g930v

Sounds like CM13 (M based) or CM14 (N based) will probably be your best bet if you're looking for the closest stock like rom without any bloatware. There are other roms that are similar to this one and offer more customization options. I'm not sure if you've ever flashed a custom rom before so I don't want to confuse you. I myself love roms that offer me the works. @VacGamer

I like cyanogemod. Its one of the biggest custom rom and supports many devices.

@VacGamer well, its about the device, if you have a nexus please dont use anything cm based, personally i help with AOSiP, pretty nice stable rom, check DevsBase (androidforum) for more info

If either cyanogenmod or Paranoid Android support your phone, then I recommend you use those. If not, there's always XDA developers. (The paranoid Android support is very limited.)
