Do you want a honest answer?
Shit, because I would 50/50 a screen because multiple files is better than a fucking 1000 line file which would justify the orientation.
I would only do that for docs and I so far I only really had to do that once -
@010001111 I usually give normal compliments first before asking about someone's dick and balls

Jedidja10144y@010001111 not to argue but:
aren't you using less than half the width of each monitor on that pic? doesn't seem better than OP's choice 🤔 -
@Jedidja cuz I had to hide company work lol
I usually have slack on the left, on the Main vscode with 3 editor splits + sidebar and on the right 50% docs and finally to the complete right 50% screen real estate for the current track playing -
kiki352924yAsymmetrical. My setup is just my laptop. Always the same and requires a zero maintenance.

@010001111 I would break my neck with your setup. Probably laptop is used only for monitoring slack notifs like you mentioned. My vertical monitor has project structure as well and I think is still better than having 1 monitor with 3 splits because I can see more methods at one time.

I'm currently using 4 (2x2) 25" 1440p displays.
Bottom left is main display (IDE, gaming, etc), bottom right is browser. The top two are for extra stuff (music, chat, more browser in case of research, "background Netflix", running tasks I want to monitor such as tests/builds/CLI, etc) -
@bittersweet I'd really like to see how that looks :) Currently I can't run 4 monitors, but I also feel like 3 is kinda optimal.

What's up with the mismatch of light and dark themes in every pic posted in this rant
How do you like my new two monitor setup?
