Well it is faster to just take a photo of your screen instead of screencapping it and uploading it via web app

There is a web app and it is even easier to take a screenshot with just one keyboard shortcut. So your arguments are invalid.

I usually have two different Hangout users on the phone and laptop, and use it to send myself images and links. It's a pretty easy way to do it.
