like everything in life, how does a beginner doctor become an expert doctor :) learn stuff by yourself and from others(learn to understand things, not to use), practice, experimentation. be independent, solve problems in your way, automate things, learn how to use the best hacking tool: google! nobody knows everything, dont expect you will know everything. its just like doctors, there are doctors specialized in certain things... and so on :)
