Hmm, so they all want experienced devs. From where are freshers gonna get experience?

I'm sorry we can only answer that question if you have 5 years experience in like 20 things.

3 of those 20 things are the same thing but we got them confused, 4 of those things don't even exist anymore / make any sense, and 1 of them might actually just be a fancy word for 'does everything'.

Well... New to the field, but hard working is better than an oldtimer who only wants to keep everything working as it is - no matter how broken it is.

At least that's what I read when 5+ years experience are necessary, as it transcribes to stagnation by being fed up from doing 5 years the same without change.

Are there any grad programs where you are? They're generally a good route in.
