Anise is usually sweet - the confusing part can be sea salt. Depending on what salt specifically it can be a pretty weird taste.

Fleur de Sal e.g. tastes very differently from regular salt...

But Google Translates Hebrew isn't... Good... So maybe translate for me?! XD

@IntrusionCM Usually these cookies are also made with orange peel powder , although it's not mentioned on the package. It might contribute to the tangy taste.
