In fairness, it's not until you get into a job you really discover how good (or not) it is. You can try to find out from interview to a point, but you can only really find negatives rather than confirm a positive.

If it's bearable, then my advice is generally to stick it out for a year or so (you can look like a job hopper otherwise if you have a pattern of that) and then start searching elsewhere. Make a note of what you don't like about this role, and see if you can ask questions in your next interview to find any such red flags ahead of time.
